Illegal Alien Activities

After hearing something on the radio yesterday (April 5), I did a little search in accoona.com for illegal aliens being arrested.   This is from the checking of the first 114 records out of 45,913.   I have found that this problem is very much different than what is being portrayed in the media.

 

1996, June 5 - Six illegal aliens were arrested while working the parallel span to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.

1998?? - Need to Improve Practices for Removing Deportable Aliens Arrested During Drug Seizures.   The lack of aggressive removal practices resulted in only 31 percent of the deportable aliens in our case sample actually being deported.

2000, January - Total unauthorized immigrant population residing in the United States was 7 million.

2000, February - Rising Costs of Tolerating Illegal Aliens.   Example: Houston's Harris County Hospital District spent $330 million to treat and immunize illegal aliens.

2000, February - A deal is in the works to add to the bulging Social Security rolls many thousands of Mexicans who are working in the United States, both legally and illegally.

2000, September 4 - Two Montana Highway Patrol officers weren't sure what to do with the 12 suspected illegal aliens they found.

2000 - University of New Mexico professor predicts a new, sovereign Hispanic nation within the century, taking in the Southwest and several northern states of Mexico.

2001, January 28 - Arrested ten illegal aliens at the Point Loma nuclear submarine base in San Diego.

2002, July - Stonewear in Reno Nevada has been repeatedly convicted of hiring illegal aliens.   The 63 illegal aliens arrested in July 2002 amounted to 60% of their workforce.   Their president was fined $119,000 in 2003

2002, September 2 - Arrested 143 immigrant workers at Bush Intercontinental Airport for working with fraudulent identification.

2003, January 11 - Driver hauling 27 illegal aliens in a pickup ran a deputy's car off the road.

2003, February 3 - Tyson Foods, three managers for the company pled guilty to hiring illegal aliens.

2003, Febuary 10 - 500 illegals were rounded up by Mexican patrols after they were spotted wading across the Rio Grande river.

2003, Febuary 27 - Thirty-seven illegal aliens were arrested at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, headquarters of the nation's largest arsenal of intercontinental nuclear missiles.

2003, February - Champion Safe in Provo Utah 107 out of its 150 employees were arrested Most of the 107 were deported to Mexico.

2003, June 6 - Nine illegal aliens have been arrested while working on the New Hampton Inn project in East Aurora.

2003, July 26 - Petit Jean Poultry in Arkadelphia Arkansas arrested 119 illegal aliens.   This was about 70% of their work force and all but four were from Mexico.

2004, January 1 - Three illegal aliens were caught by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Arizona after carjacking a vehicle and beating a woman and her daughter who were on their way to school.

2004, March 4 - 34 illegal aliens who came to the Las Vegas area to hide from criminal authorities in other countries.

2004, June 11 - Checkpoint on Interstate 91, 287 aliens were from 45 different countries.

2004, August 17 - Charged with importation of aliens for immoral purposes "forcing 2, 17-year-old girls to work as prostitutes", possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a stolen firearm.

2004, October 27 - Ricardo Cepates, 33, was convicted of 26 counts of kidnapping, raping, and in some cases robbing, four women and a 14-year-old girl.

2004, November 1 - During October, the Tucson Sector arrested 2,494 illegal aliens with criminal records: Homicide: 9; Dangerous Drugs: 244; Sex Offenses: 38; Robbery, burglary, larceny: 189; Immigration Offenses: 1,293; Other (kidnapping, arson, extortion, fraud, bribery, weapons, etc.): 608; Outstanding Warrants: 126.

2004, November 2 - In the past two days Agents of the Casa Grande Station have apprehended two illegal aliens with felony criminal warrants.   Gerardo Grajiola-Garcia, 38, for "Failure to Appear" on charges stemming from Felony Child Abuse, Battery on a Peace Officer, Aggravated DUI, and Duration of Evidence.   Tobias Humberto Raymundo, 30, warrant were for "Aggravated Criminal Sodomy", "Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child", and "Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor."

2004, November 7 - ICE arrested 44 illegal aliens at factory in Olathe, Kansas, where cooling towers for nuclear plants are manufactured.

2004, November 22 - Juan Luis Paat-Fernandez, 25, and Nolberto Matias-Lucas, 25, for illegal re-entering as aggravated sexual offenders.   These are 2 of the 14,506 illegal aliens with criminal records apprehended last fiscal year, in Tucson Sector.

2004, November 24 - Luis Hector Sanchez, 47, to be be deported.   He was convicted in 1987 of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child less than 13 years old.

2004, December 1 - Four illegal aliens from Mexico repeatedly raping an 18-year-old female.

2004, December 1 - Arrest of 25 sexual predators and criminal alien sex offenders in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx.

2004, December 2 - Edder Giovanni Nieves-Vera, 21, was arrested on child annoyance and felony possession of counterfeit immigration documents.   He was allowed to post bail and was released.

2004, December 3 - Marina Gaona-Almacan, 47, baby sitter charged with the death of a 2-year-old boy.

2004, December 9 - Marbin Gomez-Delgado, 26, 10 years in prison for vehicular manslaughter for driving through a red light and slamming into another car, killing a 5-year-old girl.

2004, December 10 - Convicted of shaking a child so hard that she caused a permanent disability.   Miranda, along with 83 others, was deported to Mexico.

2004, December 13 - Arrested for assaulting a 7-month-old baby boy.   He has multiple skull fractures, and is in the hospital in critical condition.

2004, December 15 - Deported a former New Hope man who had been convicted twice of sex offenses involving underage girls.

2004, December 16 - Two counts were for assaulting mentally disabled persons; the other was for using force or coercion during a third assault.

2004, December 20 - ICE officers announced the removal of 24 criminal aliens and 273 non-criminal aliens from the New Orleans district during November, deported included burglary, aggravated assault, sexual abuse, narcotics, child molestation, larceny, fraud, rape, alien smuggling, manslaughter, homicide, assault and battery, retail fraud, and more.

2004, Winter - Some of the most violent criminals at large today are illegal aliens.

2005, January 5 - M-13 gang member participating in the brutal gang rape of a 16- and a 17-year-old girl.   He was sentenced to only 18 months in prison, and then deported.

2005, January 5 - A new intelligence law, and now a court ruling, have further strengthened the US government's power to strip a person of his citizenship even if he committed the crime after naturalization.

2005, January 7 - Arrested a Cuban immigrant for kidnapping, beating, assaulting, sodomizing, burning, and torturing a 14 year old girl.

2005, January 10 - ICE in Atlanta located and arrested 205 fugitive aliens during the first quarter of 2005 who were attempting to evade deportation.   There are 800 fugitives in the Atlanta area.

2005, January 10 - Chicago ICE deported 6,077 criminal and illegal aliens in fiscal year 2004, an increase of 24 percent over the previous year.

2005, January 10 - Of those deported, 36 had criminal convictions for violations ranging from aggravated assault, burglary and forgery, to sexual offenses and drug possession.

2005, January 12 - Convicted Tuesday of being drunk and on drugs when he crashed his truck into a Las Vegas bus stop, killing a 4-year-old boy.

2005, January 12 - Six criminal aliens, including a fugitive wanted in Colombia, were deported Friday for crimes of prostitution, sexual molestation of a child, possession of narcotics, burglary and embezzlement.

2005, January 13 - ICE officers deported 18 criminal aliens and 496 illegal aliens from the New Orleans Regional District.   The offenses included sexual abuse, burglary, aggravated assault, narcotics, child molestation, larceny, fraud, rape, alien smuggling, manslaughter, homicide, assault and battery, retail fraud, and more.

2005, January 18 - Predator Illegal Alien with Warrant Arrested.

2005, January 19 - Deported in 2002, was arrested after he illegally re-entered the US.   Had an active warrant out for his arrest for "Contempt of Court" and "Failure to Comply", which stemmed from the original charge of "Sexual Assault on a Child".

2005, January 21 - Arrested for raping a 16-year-old mentally handicapped girl in 1999.

2005, January 22 - Convicted of kidnapping and repeatedly raping a 9-year-old girl, and was sentenced to 102 years in state prison.

2005, January 24 - Reentered country and was arrested for and convicted of "Assault 3", Rape of a Child, in 2004.

2005, January 26 - Sentenced to death for kidnapping, raping and murdering a 14-year old and a 16-year-old girl in 1993.

2005, January 27 - Teacher and convicted sex offender was deported to Russia.

2005, January 31 - Sentenced to prison for sexually abusing a physically disabled female.

2005, Febuary 2 - Four men convicted of paying for sex with a mentally disabled 14-year-old girl, were deported.   All had been living under false identities, fraudulent U.S. birth certificates and phony Social Security cards.

2005, Febuary 3 - Arrested in 1997 for raping his four-year-old stepdaugher on multiple occasions, and consequently charged with armed sexual battery, was arrested along with five other criminal aliens.

2005, Febuary 7 - Chavez-Diaz as being a convicted and registered sex offender, and as having an outstanding warrant for "Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child".

2005, Febuary 14 - Eligio Hernandez-Zepeda, 40, was deported by ICE.   He had been convicted of first-degree sexual assault for the rape of a 12-year-old girl that resulted in the girl becoming pregnant.

2005, Febuary 15 - Daniel Jose Ventura, 29, was arrested by ICE along with 18 other criminal aliens.   Ventura was wanted for lewd sexual battery on a minor.

2005, Febuary 15 - Thirteen criminal aliens who were convicted for sex crimes against children were arrested by ICE

2005, Febuary 18 - Neri Barahona, 17, arrested for sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl.   Barahona is an illegal alien.

2005, Febuary 22 - Oswaldo Martinez is facing murder and rape charges in the death of 16-year-old Brittany Binger.

2005, Febuary 25 - Charged with four counts of first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree criminal sexual act (formerly known as sodomy), two felony counts of burglary, and terrorizing the woman with a kitchen knife and threatening to kill the woman's pre-teen daughter.

2005, Febuary 28 - Repeatedly raping and sodomizing an autistic girl more than two years ago was sentenced to up to 3 1/2 years in prison.

2005, March 2 - ICE agents arrested 27 child predators and criminal alien sex offenders in Suffolk County.

2005, March 3 - Convictions for sexual assault on a child, selling drugs at schools deported.

2005, March 3 - Operation Predator Arrests Surpass 5,000.

2005, March 8 - Arrested 27 aliens into their use of counterfeit documents while working as aircraft mechanics and in other aviation-related jobs at the Piedmont/Triad International Airport.

2005, March 9 - An undocumented alien, suspected of molesting a 12-year-old girl.

2005, March 10 - Sexual predator served five years for rape of a minor.

2005, March 11 - Members of the 18th Street and MS-13 gang.

2005, March 16 - ICE special agents have arrested nearly 5,200 child predators in the past 20 months.

2005, March 18 - Arrested performing contract pipe insulation at a Nuclear Power Plant in Iowa.

2005, March 18 - Arrested illegal alien Pakistan national with a genuine commercial driver’s licenses with hazmat endorsement who drove gasoline trucks for Exxon in Maryland.

2005, March 21 - A child rapist from Mexico who had previously been deported in 1997 was again deported

2005, March 25 - Security breach at Logan International Airport, more than a dozen illegal immigrants with unfettered access to the terminal.

2005, March 25 - Tucson Station apprehended three sexual predators in a span of three days near Sasabe/Arivaca.

2005, March - Six arrested performing contract work at Nuclear Power Plant in Citrus, Florida.

2005, March - About 10 million illegal aliens living in the United States.   Estimated that nearly 700,000 aliens entered the United States illegally or overstayed their authorized period of stay each year between 2000 and 2004.   Some experts believe this is a overly conservative figure and that illegal immigrants number close to 20 million.
